I was very excited to have chance to take photographs of Spanish Water Dog, International Working Trial in Arcos, Spain last weekend. I never seen this competition, so it was very interesting.

We had a chance to visit Spain during the Easter Holiday and also attend the Monografic Dog Show at north Spain. Before the show, they did working show, to encourage people to participate the agility etc. Spanish Water Dogs are not only show dog, they are for working.... 

My Boris was always bit scared to do ladder - and this was out of my imagination for him to do that 2 years ago. Suddenly...... he accepted to do it!!! It was incredible. He did not argue - he just did it.

Boris is quite tall for the breed, so organizer did not force him to the tunnel, but before anything, he just did it.

Spanish Water Dog Jumping and Diving in a Swimming Pool

I was in Andalusia in Spain last week, partly short break, partly have a meeting with Professional Dog Grooming Shampoo Collection MD10 Creator Tomas. He has now new products, SPECIALLY FORMULATED FOR CURLY HAIR. Base of the products are same as Texture, but Tomas wanted to create ultimate shampoo for Curly coated doggy. By the way, Spain was so nice and hot, I was in the friend's swimming pool most of the daytime. How fortunate, dogs were also enjoying the water too.

I was wondering if dog close its eyes when they jump into the water. Here is one of my friend's dog, Diving Diva showing me "they don't close their eyes". 

Myself as a human and being a useless swimmer, it looks brave for her to do this. 

Diva diving to the bottom of the swimming pool, it is more than 1.2 meter deep. She loves it.

This one decided to chill out instead of working... typical male!!

Spanish Water Dog Monografica T-Shirts Present at World Dog Show in Denmark

For friends of the Spanish Water Dog (Perro de Agua Espanol), This year I was lucky enough to attend the two day the Monographica for Spanish Water Dog in South Spain. There were nearly 250 Spanish Water Dogs entered. Which was incredible site for me indeed!

MD10 Spain sponsored the show and all entries received a T-shirt with the event logo on the front and MD10 on the back. We will be exhititing at the World Dog Show in Herning Denmark from the 24th to 27th June.

There are a number of shirts we still have, and we will give them to Spanish Water Dog owners who visit us there and purchase any shampoo products.

I think Spanish Water Dogs will be shown on Thursday.... I believe.
